Method
- Add the blue curaçao syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut water, coconut milk (or cream of coconut), and non-alcoholic rum (if using) into a shaker.
- Add 3-4 cubes of ice into the shaker.
- Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds until well combined and chilled.
- Strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Garnish with extra fruit slices or edible flowers for a festive touch.
