- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and taco seasoning.
- Grill the chicken until it is fully cooked and has grill marks on both sides. Remove from the grill and allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
- While the chicken rests, wash and slice the lettuce, tomato, red cabbage, and avocado.
- Warm the flour tortillas on the grill or in a dry skillet until they become pliable.
- Spread a generous amount of chipotle sauce (about 12.5g) onto each tortilla.
- Place a few slices of grilled chicken onto each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomato, red cabbage, avocado slices, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla inward and then roll it tightly to form a burrito shape.
- (Optional) Grill the assembled burritos for a few minutes on each side to lightly toast them and melt the cheese.
- Serve the Chipotle Ranch Grilled Chicken Burritos warm, with additional chipotle sauce on top if desired.
