Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups water for steeping the tea
  • 6 black tea bags English breakfast tea is a great choice
  • 2 cups mango nectar or mango juice
  • Honey to taste optional, depending on sweetness preference
  • 1 ½ cups fresh mango slices reserve a few for garnish
  • 2 cups raspberries fresh or frozen
  • Mint sprigs for garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Boil the water in a kettle or pot.
  2. Pour the hot water into a heat-safe pitcher.
  3. Add the tea bags and steep for 3–5 minutes to achieve your desired strength.
  4. Stir in the mango nectar.
  5. Add honey to taste, adjusting for sweetness.
  6. Add the fresh mango slices, setting aside a few slices for garnish.
  7. Place the pitcher in the refrigerator and chill the tea for at least one hour.
  8. Right before serving, stir in the raspberries.
  9. Serve over ice in glasses and garnish with the reserved mango slices and mint sprigs.
