Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese adds a savory tangy flavor
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt for seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder for extra garlic flavor
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano adds an herby note
  • ½ teaspoon paprika for a mild smoky flavor
  • 4 medium baking potatoes about 8 ounces each (russet potatoes work best for crispiness)
  • Cooking spray to prevent sticking and for crisping the wedges

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine the Parmesan, garlic salt, garlic powder, oregano, and paprika.
  3. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 4 wedges.
  4. Place the potato wedges in a parchment-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  5. Lightly spritz the wedges with cooking spray, then evenly sprinkle the cheese mixture over them.
  6. Bake the wedges for about 30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
