Method
- Bring 1 ½ cups of water to a boil in a saucepan, then remove from heat.
- Add the tea bags to the hot water and allow them to steep for 3-4 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags, then add the vegan sugar to the tea and whisk until dissolved completely.
- Add the remaining 1 ½ cups of room-temperature water to the tea, then stir in the passion fruit pulp.
- Fill serving glasses with ice, then pour the tea mixture over the ice. Garnish with a mint sprig, if desired.
